The company recently deployed its 4G WIMAX technology and is a shareholder in the Africa Coast to Europe (ACE) Submarine Fibre Optic Cable consortium in the Gambia. Additionally, in partnership with Central Bank of the Gambia and Interswitch recently, Unique Solutions created the first national electronic payment system for the Gambia under the company GAMSWITCH.
Unique Solutions is a winner of both National and International awards including SME of the Year in 2008 and Africa Entrepreneurship Awards in 2011 respectively.In view of these achievements, Unique Solutions is now in Liberia and looking forward to further expansion in West Africa and beyond.
